Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to support business processes and enhance revenue operations.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations
Essential job tasks
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Revenue Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and financial processes.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools and middleware, such as MuleSoft.
