Looking for Oracle Training Lead with hands on experience of Oracle Fusion Applications.

Job Overview

The Oracle Training Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Oracle systems to our team members. This role will require a deep understanding of Oracle systems and their functionalities, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle systems, training development, and project management. They will be expected to assess training needs, create materials that meet these needs, and deliver training in a way that maximizes learning and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Oracle training programs for employees and clients.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their Oracle training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Lead a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest Oracle applications and software.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Oracle applications and software, including Ocrale E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle Database.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide a team and interact with clients.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with Oracle Certification.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Oracle HRMS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in a corporate training environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
