Job Overview

As an Oracle Technical Lead-EA Technical, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions for our organization. You will be expected to provide technical leadership, guide and mentor the team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality Oracle solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the Oracle technical environment, including the database, applications, and technology stack, and ensuring that they align with the company's business requirements and IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Oracle applications.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Excellent understanding of Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) and Application Development Framework (ADF).
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or relevant Oracle certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite.
• Understanding of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Familiarity with Oracle JDeveloper.
• Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Understanding of Oracle Identity Management (OIM).
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
