Roles & responsibilities

Highly proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

 

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce declarative customization - Custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, process builders etc.

 

Highly proficient with Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform events, CDC etc.

 

Experience building customer facing, web-based user interfaces using Experience cloud, with an understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS etc.

 

Expertise in Force.com Sites, Salesforce Shield, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, SSO, Authentication protocols etc., Expert level knowledge of salesforce coding best practices Salesforce certified Developer (Platform Developer1).

 

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

 

Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels.
