Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions, with a focus on enhancing financial services processes and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Manage and execute complex integrations between Salesforce FSC and other platforms, including core banking systems and third-party applications.
- Design and implement OmniStudio solutions, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors, to automate workflows and support business processes.
- Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce development team, setting best practices in coding, configuration, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive project success from design to deployment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Extensive experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- High-level Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably using MuleSoft for API-led connectivity and system integration.
- Strong understanding of financial services business processes, particularly in the context of credit unions or community banking.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead development projects without close supervision.
