Title: Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps

Key Responsibilities:
• 6-7 years development and support project related working experience, at least 4+ years in SFDC.
• 4+ hands on experience in SFDC LWC, Sales, Experience/community cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Integration
• Should have 5+ years hands on experience in SFDC (Apex, VF, Webservices, Integration).
• Should have 3+ years hands on experience in SFDC lightning
• Able to translate the customer requirement and gap analysis into comprehensive technical design.
• Should have expertise in SFDC design patterns and implementation of the same.
• Strong communication skills and client interaction skills.
• Good understanding of SFDC classic and lightning platform, standard features and standard object structures.
• Should have working experience with Omni studio (Flex cards, Omni Script, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).
• Basic Understanding of Einstein Analytics and Einstein Activity Capture.
• Familiar with Salesforce Best practices, Governor limits, Security model, Data masking, Shield Encryption etc.
• Has good exposure of DEVOPS, Release management process and familiarity with tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GIT, VSCode, SFDX, IDX workbench etc.
• Experience with tools like People Import, Workato, Dupe blocker is a plus.
• Lead and mentor SFDC production support engineers.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and incident volumes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on stability, performance, and support efficiency.
• Act as the primary operational contact for:
o business stakeholders,
o Salesforce product owners,
Required Skills:
• SFDC, CRM, Force.com, Lightning (LWC and AURA), Java Script, CSS, Webservices (SOAP, REST), Integration, Omni studio, Omni channel, Call Center CTI.
• Client facing and good communication skills
• Certifications: PD I, Admin, Sales cloud
• Salesforce PD II certificate is desirable.
• Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Production Support (L2/L3).
• Ability to take fast, risk aware decisions during production incidents.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to mentor support engineers and improve team maturity.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience handling production incidents in SFDC:
o application errors,
o data inconsistencies,
o integration failures,
o performance and availability issues.
• Strong RCA capabilities:
o log analysis,
o debug logs,
o error pattern identification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations:
o REST/SOAP APIs,
o middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, etc.),
o inbound/outbound interfaces.
