Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the automation testing strategy across multiple applications/projects.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks.
Define test automation standards, processes, and best practices.
Lead a team of automation testers and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs.
Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
