Automation Lead (Offshore)

•    Assess the feasibility of automating complex business processes using Automation Anywhere from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
•    Identify opportunities during solution design to integrate RPA with AI/ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for intelligent automation.
•    Define the technical standards and best practices for automation development to be followed by the team.
•    Ensure the automation solution aligns with the organization’s IT infrastructure and security policies.
•    Ensure the implementation of robust security measures, such as data encryption and role-based access controls (RBAC), to protect sensitive information.
•    Work with RPA Developers and RPA QAs on platform related issues and provide plausible suggestions for improvements.
•    Review the Solution Design Documents for alignment with optimal solution strategy. 
•    Timely raise any issues identified to Technical Project Manager so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted.
•    Propose process improvement or re-engineering for business processes in automation scope.
•    Maintain a bot library of re-usable components to enable efficient use-case complexity analysis.
•    Provide continuous advice to RPA developers, RPA QAs, Technical Project Manager during project delivery.
•    Review all work (Requirement, Solution, Design, Code, issues) produced by project team.
