Title: Technical Specialist-App Development
Area(s) of responsibility
- 4-6 years development and support project related working experience, at least 3+ Years in Mulesoft and 2+ years in SFDC.
- Hands on with Mulesoft as a developer.
- 2+ years of experience with Integration
- MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform Cloud Hub 2.0 (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Monitoring)
- Maven, Jenkins (or any similar tool), and an overall high-level view of CI/CD.
- Production trouble shooting from logs (Splunk as a plus)
- API Management best practices
- SFDC, CRM, Force.com, Lightning (LWC and AURA), Java Script, CSS, Webservices (SOAP, REST), Integration, Omni studio, Omni channel, Call Center CTI
Essential job tasks
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform CloudHub 2.0
- Monitor the health of production MuleSoft applications
- Be L1 support on any issues raised against the various MuleSoft applications
- Assist in the delivery tasks of our MuleSoft DevOps pipeline
- Collaborate with the MuleSoft development team and SFDC RTS team to make sure releases are arranged to have a minimal impact on system availability
Able to manage resolution and response SLAs for production support tickets.
