Develop and maintain integration solutions using WebMethods platform. 
•    Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable integration designs.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems. 
•    Develop services using WebMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and API Gateway. 
•    Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and interfaces. 
•    Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in development and production environments. 
•    Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning. 
•    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations.


Mandatory Skills:
•    4–8 years of hands-on experience with WebMethods development. 
•    Strong knowledge of WebMethods components: Integration Server, Designer, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and API Gateway. 
•    Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST). 
•    Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S). 
•    Solid understanding of integration patterns and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts. 
•    Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex integration environments. 
•    Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 
•    Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Additional Skills:
•    Exposure to WebMethods IO and hybrid integration architectures. 
•    Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. 
•    Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. 
•    Knowledge of API management and microservices architecture.
