Title:  Technical Specialist-App Development

Role Overview
A Generative AI Developer designs, builds, and deploys AI-driven applications using foundation
models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Stable Diffusion). This role combines software engineering with
advanced AI techniques to create innovative solutions that generate text, images, audio, and other
content autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
 Model Development: Design and implement generative models (GANs, VAEs,
transformer-based models like GPT/DALL·E).
 Fine-Tuning & Optimization: Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and
diffusion models for domain-specific tasks.
 Prompt Engineering: Craft and optimize prompts for performance and accuracy.
 Data Handling: Preprocess and manage large datasets for training generative models.
 Integration: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and integrate models
into production applications.
 Performance Monitoring: Evaluate model outputs for quality, bias, and reliability.
 Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers,
engineers) to deliver AI-powered features.
 Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging generative AI techniques and tools.
Required Skills
 Programming: Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
 AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and generative modeling
techniques.
 Foundation Models: Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and
image generation models.
 Data Engineering: Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and data
pipelines.
 System Design: Ability to architect scalable AI solutions.
 Soft Skills: Problem-solving, creativity, and collaboratio
