Responsibilities:
•    Contribute to the end-to-end management of technology policy and standard exception requests, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather exceptional details and drive remediation or approval workflows.
•    Track, document, and report on exception status, aging, and closure
•    Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and exception reports as input for management updates and governance forums.
•    Facilitate meetings and communications between technical teams, business stakeholders, and risk/compliance functions.
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation for exception requests, approvals, and remediation actions to support audit and compliance needs.
Skillset:
•    4-6 Years of project management experience in IT or related fields.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
•    Skilled in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
•    Proficient with project tracking and workflow tools.
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•    Basic understanding of IT / Technology security and risk concepts is a plus.
