Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Production Support.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, and middleware technologies.
- Monitor and manage application availability, performance, and capacity.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive improvements in MTTR, MTTA, and MTTD.
- Experience with Splunk, New Relic, and proactive monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, and deployment automation.
- Support cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, patching, and security compliance.
- Understanding of load balancers (F5/AVI), networking, routing, and traffic management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and 24x7 production support environments.
