Primary Skills:

  • 7+ years in development and support projects, with 5+ years in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer/Technical Lead.
  • 4+ years in SFDC LWC and community cloud.
  • 2+ years in integration.
  • 3+ years as a technical lead in SFDC.
  • 5+ years in SFDC (Apex, VF, Webservices, Integration).
  • 3+ years in SFDC lightning.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and gap analysis into technical designs.
  • Expertise in SFDC design patterns and implementation.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Good understanding of SFDC classic and lightning platforms, standard features, and object structures.
  • Experience with Omni studio (Flex cards, Omni Script, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Basic understanding of Einstein Analytics and Einstein Activity Capture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security model, data masking, and Shield Encryption.
  • Exposure to DEVOPS, release management, and tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GIT, VSCode, SFDX, IDX workbench.

Essential Skills:

  • SFDC, CRM, Force.com, Lightning (LWC and AURA), JavaScript, CSS, Webservices (SOAP, REST), Integration, Omni studio, Omni channel, Call Center CTI.
  • Client-facing and strong communication skills.
  • Certifications: PD I, Admin, Sales Cloud (PD II desirable).
