- 7+ years in development and support projects, with 5+ years in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer/Technical Lead.
- 4+ years in SFDC LWC and community cloud.
- 2+ years in integration.
- 3+ years as a technical lead in SFDC.
- 5+ years in SFDC (Apex, VF, Webservices, Integration).
- 3+ years in SFDC lightning.
- Ability to translate customer requirements and gap analysis into technical designs.
- Expertise in SFDC design patterns and implementation.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Good understanding of SFDC classic and lightning platforms, standard features, and object structures.
- Experience with Omni studio (Flex cards, Omni Script, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).
- Basic understanding of Einstein Analytics and Einstein Activity Capture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security model, data masking, and Shield Encryption.
- Exposure to DEVOPS, release management, and tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GIT, VSCode, SFDX, IDX workbench.
Essential Skills:
- SFDC, CRM, Force.com, Lightning (LWC and AURA), JavaScript, CSS, Webservices (SOAP, REST), Integration, Omni studio, Omni channel, Call Center CTI.
- Client-facing and strong communication skills.
- Certifications: PD I, Admin, Sales Cloud (PD II desirable).
