Description:
Area(s) of responsibility
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Validate Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Data Extensions.
- Test customer journeys, email personalization, dynamic content, triggered sends, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Validate subscriber data, preference centers, unsubscribe processes, and consent management.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Validate SQL queries, data imports/exports, automations, file transfers, and scheduled jobs.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign releases.
- Support release validation and production deployment activities.
