Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM L1 Administrator
Role Summary:
The ServiceNow ITSM L1 Developer/Admin is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the ServiceNow ITSM platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
- Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Basic knowledge of CMDB and Asset management.
- Configure forms, lists, flow using workflow / flow designer, SLA, Schedule, notifications.
- Good Knowledge of Performance analytics dashboard and reporting.
- Develop and modify business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI action, inbound actions, schedule job, script includes.
- Able to create basic catalog items and use standard workflows.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
- 0–3 years of experience ServiceNow development & support.
