.Hiring QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.Strong expertise in API/UI testing using Selenium, REST/SOAP services.Experience building automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Agile, Shift-Left, and Continuous Testing practices.Proven ability to define and drive QA strategy, standards, and quality metrics.Experience with AI-led testing, GenAI tools, and GitHub Copilot.Skilled in defect analysis, root cause identification, and test optimization.Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF preferred.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
