Organization Change Management Scope

1. Change Strategy, Planning and Governance: The development and execution of an overall organizational change management strategy and plan for all plants in collaboration with Customer’s Change Management Team

2. Conduct Assessments – Business Readiness Assessment, Change Impact Assessment and Effectiveness Assessment for post execution evaluations

3. Conduct Workshops - Leadership workshops, Project Team synergy workshops, Plant specific workshops and Awareness Workshops Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders at different hierarchies of business for leadership buy in, development of Change network and sustain engagement among project team members, employees, and other key stakeholders. 5 Statement of Work – JEDI ERP Rollout

4. Training: Manage, and lead training activities required for the project, including planning, preparation of training materials, conduct of training, and conduct of post-training evaluations

A. Training for Customer's trainers or "master trainers"

B. Create role-based training programs in collaboration with Customer's change managers

C. Training material shall be created and conducted in English language ONLY

D. Mechanism to track the training for all impacted employees

E. Feedback/Surveys for training evaluation

5. Communication: Manage communications including creation of Comprehensive Communication Strategy and plan, Stakeholder map, spread awareness and timely & targeted communications by working closely with Customer's SMEs

A. Create a communication plan using Customer’s standard communication system

B. Create physical communication documents and visualizations & drive physical and virtual communication content creation

C. Provide best practices for personalized communication strategies

D. Roll out timely and targeted communications throughout the project cycle

6. Business Readiness & Adoption: Ensure stakeholder and business readiness by post-execution evaluations and effectiveness measurement (e.g., surveys, temperature checks after the change).

• Create change management strategy and plan that maximize employee adoption

• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

• Accountable for Change Impact Analysis, training & communication plan, as well as establishing a feedback mechanism

• Work and coordinate with stakeholders in the organization to succeed

• Develop Communications Plan a Content to drive awareness and readiness for Go-live

• Work collaboratively with project lead and team to integrate change management into project plans, support project steering committees
