- Collaborate with Medtronic stakeholders to identify and gather business requirements for automation.
- Document requirements in the form of Use Cases, , or process design documents (PDDs).
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Prioritize processes for automation based on business needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Automation Lead to define end-to-end automation solutions, including workflow designs, input/output requirements, and exception handling.
- Create detailed documentation of PDDs.
- Create detailed Solution Design Documents, , outlining solution scope, features, objectives and specifications, (SDD) in collaboration with Automation Lead to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure automation solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Present automation use-cases, value propositions, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Medtronic to define key metrics for automation success of each business process
