- Hands on experience with tools such as:
- Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to design:
- Complex data grids and planning interfaces
- Dashboard driven applications
- Role based user experiences
- Strong understanding of:
- UX best practices
- Interaction design
- Usability and accessibility
Technical and Domain Understanding Preferred
- Experience with:
- API driven applications
- Microservices based architectures
- Real time systems
- Familiarity with:
- Inventory, reservation, or revenue management systems hospitality is a plus
- Ability to understand and translate:
- Data models
- Integration points ACRS, EDW, etc.
Soft Skills
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
