5.    Key Responsibilities –

CNC Support & Maintenance – Activities that represents As-is support tasks
•    Management of JD Edwards daily system health check and monitoring.
•    Service restart and upkeep of JD Edwards and 3rd-party systems as per defined downtimes.
•    Build and deployment of packages, promotion and OMW change management.
•    Setup, promotion and monitoring of JDE Orchestrations for all environments.
•    Incident and RFCs resolution as per the SLAs through JDI ticketing system.
•    Problem management activities involving maintenance of problem resolutions, root cause and knowledgebase.
•    Deployment of development changes for Create!Form and DSI to production.
•    Monitoring of performance, identification of bottlenecks and continual improvements.
•    Management of identification, impact analysis and application of software updates for JD Edwards version deployed.
•    Management of JD Edwards environments including refresh, creation, and modifications.
•    Periodic cleanup, purge and indexing to optimize space and improve performance.
