Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Transition Manager to lead our transition efforts to SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations, project management, and a proven track record of successfully managing transitions in complex environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate challenges and drive the project to successful completion.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of the SAP S4 HANA transition project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones.</li><li>Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.</li><li>Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Oversee the testing and validation of the SAP S4 HANA system to ensure it meets business needs.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.</li></ul><h4>Mandatory Skills:</h4><ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S4 HANA transitions.</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.</li><li>Exceptional project management
