Oracle EBS Supply Chain BA
SLP Mexico- Onsite
- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Module.
- Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Deliver training sessions and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions or integrations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Resolve tickets within the defined SLA with detail resolution notes and solution.
- Having experience working on Production Support Project
- ServicNow Experience would be added advantage.
- Good Communication skills.
