- 8+ or 12+ years of professional work experience
- Prior experience and understanding of IT application development projects is must
- Prior experience as an Business Analyst with strong customer facing
- Prior experience being part of discovery, requirement gathering workshop with client
- Experience creating business requirement documents and User Stories
- Experience working on Agile projects and managing Scrum calls
- Experience status reporting project using presentation and work format is required
- Experience using Jira and Confluence or any other tracking tool
- Salesforce Admin certification (preferred)
- Candidate should possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills & leading/driving team
- Experience in managing UAT
