D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant/Architect:
- Must have fluency in Spanish and English
- Require a strong D365 CRM Consultant with 14+ years of D365 CRM experience spanning functional and technical landscape
- At least 3 end to end CRM implementations as an architect.
- Strong functional understanding of D365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules
- Strong hands-on development experience across Microsoft stack – D365, Power Platform, Azure, etc.
- Strong experience in data migration/integration using – SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
- Must have driven Business discussions/workshops and should have worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for sales, service, marketing, field service and PSA
- Must have sound understanding on power platform capabilities and possibilities
- Must have overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premise versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
