Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant to perform a comprehensive assessment of the SLP instance, understand current business processes, and conduct a fit-gap analysis against new features introduced from Oracle EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2.12. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to provide recommendations for process optimization and implementation of new features from 12.1.3 onwards to R12.2.12

Required Skills & Experience:
•    12+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant in Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Costing, Inventory). Excellent understanding of O2C and P2P as well. 
•    Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.x features and upgrade considerations.
•    Hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
•    Familiarity with ECC dashboards and KPIs for Manufacturing and SCM
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
•    Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
•    Language: Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English.
•    Domain experience in Aftermarket business is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assess the current SLP instance and document existing Manufacturing processes (Discrete), Repair and Remanufacturing.
•    Collaborate with business teams to understand Aftermarket processes.
•    Perform fit-gap analysis between current processes and new functionalities available in Oracle EBS R12.2.12.
•    Prepare recommendation reports on To be process and solution design documents for the new recommended features.
•    Conduct workshops with stakeholders to validate findings, proposed solutions and 
•    Provide functional guidance for making a business case to implement the recommended fearures.
•    Communicate effectively in Spanish and English with local and global teams.
