Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement workflows in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
- Develop Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, forms, and UI components.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
- Utilize IntegrationHub and MID Server for on-premises and cloud-based integrations.
- Support ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping for effective asset and configuration management.
- Develop automation solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Manage update sets, application deployment, and version control in ServiceNow environments.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Follow best practices for governance, security, and performance optimization.
