SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant (10–12 Years Experience)
We are seeking an experienced SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 10–12 years of expertise in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers to design and deliver end-to-end SCM and Manufacturing solutions across ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion SCM, SAP, or equivalent systems.
The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, business process optimization, and post-go-live support.
Functional Consulting
Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
Design and configure SCM and Manufacturing solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
Drive process standardization and optimization initiatives.
Manufacturing Management
Configure and support:
Bills of Material (BOM)
Work in Process (WIP)
Routing & Resources
Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
Cost Management
Quality Management
Shop Floor Operations
Support discrete and process manufacturing environments.
Optimize production planning and execution processes.

Improve inventory accuracy and supply chain performance.
