We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining DAS systems that meet our company's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) engineering, DAS design principles, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance. The DAS Developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize DAS (Distributed Antenna System) to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Conduct RF surveys and create RF predictive models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize the DAS.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless communication standards and regulatory requirements
