SAP Business Data Migration Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Data Migration Specialist to join our team, supporting a critical SAP implementation project. The specialist will play a key role in data migration activities, ensuring the successful mapping, identification, and remediation of field and table gaps, as well as harmonizing and validating business data to ensure its alignment with business needs. This position will be the point of contact for key users, business relationship managers, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and project sign-off.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP data migration, including field mapping, table gap identification, data harmonization, and business partner management.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and related data structures, including tables and fields.
- Business Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes and requirements for data migration in various functional areas (e.g., finance, logistics, procurement).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or relevant SAP modules.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working with testing teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Activate project methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices.
