5. Key Responsibilities –
L1:
Skills & Experience:
Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory services including:
- GPO operations
- DNS management
Experience in AD services monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24x7 support on a rotational basis to maintain system stability.
Monitor Active Directory services, issue identification and basic troubleshooting
Conduct health checks for production and non-production environments.
Perform standard changes like patch management, 3rd party tools upgrades
Soft Skills:

Team player with a proactive mindset.
L2:
Skills & Experience:
Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory services including:
- GPO operations
- Domain controller maintenance
- Delegation management
- DNS management
- Bulk operations and reporting
- Performance, replication availability, security monitoring
- Certificate issuing
- DC patch management
Basic scripting (powershell)
Good understanding of Windows OS, networking services.
Ability to propose solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer operational support for Microsoft Active Directory services and their components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis (RCA).
Execute administrative tasks such as system copies, installations, & upgrades.
Change impact and risk assessment and implementation.
Respond to audit requirements, perform required compliance checks.
Documentation maintenance
