Application L2 support with PL/SQL Experience

    Having 4+ years of experience in Application & production support engineer
    Core skills are UNIX, SQL, Production Support.
    Good Knowledge in ITIL Process.
    Application Production support Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
    Possess extensive knowledge of REMEDY and Production Support.
    Conducting system study coordinating with team member for maintenance and support.
    Understanding business process study and analyze work-flow to design solutions.
    Application / Production L2 Support.
    Involved in maintenance and enhancement of the codes.
    Working on Build of project environment Driving the change Management and Problem management within SLA.
    Exceptional communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner.
