Title: Application support – L2 level
Location: Mumbai
Budget : 5.25 LPA
Job Accountabilities
• Have good understanding of the Electric vehicle Charging/ Energy business processes, functions, business drivers/ KPIs and IT solutions.
• Ensure business continuity and high availability of business applications as per SLA
• Provide level 2 support to the business applications as per SLA
• Investigate problem trends, identify root cause of problems and suggest possible solutions to business
• Ensure on time delivery of business data requirements
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
• Understanding Business capabilities, Business Processes and Technology Landscape
• In depth understanding and experience of supporting portal applications
• In depth understanding and experience of working on Oracle/ SQL database
• Ability to write the custom queries and stored procedures in DB to retrieve data as per business requirement
• Understanding of ETL, Middleware technology
• Ability to interact with Business stakeholders
• Presentation and documentation skills
• Understanding of IT Service management framework, processes (ITIL)
• Understanding of Software Delivery Life Cycle with Waterfall as Agile methodology in DevOps Environment
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
• Graduate from a reputed/recognized institute (BE/B. Tech in IT / Computer Science Engineering)
• 2-5 years of experience in L2 operation support.
