Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Performance Testing and Load Runner professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and detailed performance testing and analysis to ensure the software meets the high-quality standards. You will be using LoadRunner to simulate system demand and check its response to understand the behavior under different load types. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying bottlenecks, providing solutions to performance problems, and making sure our software products are ready to be deployed in real-world scenarios.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools.
•    Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and concepts.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of other testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Silk Performer.
•    Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
•    Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
•    Experience in performance testing and scripting for applications with SQL /ORACLE backend
•    Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
•    Knowledge of database management systems like SQL or Oracle.
•    Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
•    Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
•    Experience with version control systems like Git.
•    Knowledge of network protocols and server configurations.
