Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central configuration and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring business rules, workflows, and MDF objects, as well as a strong understanding of integration technologies and other SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Employee Central, including Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF objects.

  • Integrate Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules.

  • Provide technical expertise on various SuccessFactors modules.

  • Utilize Online Report Designer Tool and manage Role-Based Permissions effectively.

  • Support integration technologies such as CPI and BIB for SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness and continuous improvements.
