Job Summary:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

L1 Support:

  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop issues.
  • Install and configure operating systems and standard applications.
  • Handle password resets, user account setups, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support.

L2 Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software/network issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
  • Manage user profiles, permissions, and group policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and warranty claims.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
