Exp – 3- 5 Years
• configuration for new joiners on laptop/MacBook
• Installing and Configuring Systems: Setting up computer hardware, software, networks, printers
• Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Issues: Identifying and resolving technical problems with hardware, software, and networks.
• Providing Technical Support: Assisting end-users with technical issues, either in person or remotely
• Troubleshooting Microsoft product including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote & Onedrive
• Apple MacOS End-user support.
• Good Knowledge of networks, protocols, and IT security
• Dell, HP Laptop & Apple MacBook Hardware's issues troubleshooting.
• Installing, Managing, and Configuration Windows /MAC Operating System
• Ticketing tool knowledge of Service now
• Escalate issue with L2/L3 if issue not resolved.
