Title:  JDE Service Consultant – Service Contract & WO Billing

Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
•    Implement and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules related to Service Contract & Work Order Billing.
•    Configure and optimize billing processes, ensuring seamless integration with other system for maintenance and service billing workflows.
•    Drive enhancements in JDE Contract Billing and Service Billing, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing accuracy and streamline operations.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
•    Conduct user training and create documentation for billing workflows.
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging JDE capabilities to enhance service billing performance.
