 advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.

5.    Key Responsibilities – 

•    Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, enhancements, and integrations across supply chain functions.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis configurations.
•    Design and build supply chain planning solutions including demand planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and S&OP.
•    Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems, especially JDE, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
•    Develop and maintain dashboards, scenarios, and analytics within Kinaxis.
•    Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
•    Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
•    Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
•    8–10 years of experience in supply chain planning and technology implementation.
•    Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
•    Familiarity with JDE Supply Chain modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Sales Order Management.
•    Strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
•    Experience with data integration tools and techniques (ETL, APIs, middleware).
•    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications
•    Kinaxis RapidResponse certification.
•    Experience in global or multi-site supply chain environments.
•    Exposure to other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
