 advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SCM.

5.    Key Responsibilities – 
• Must to Have :
1.    Proactive Issue Detection:
•    Utilize Nexthink to identify potential issues before they impact end-users.
•    Ensure a seamless computing experience by addressing problems proactively
2.    Nexthink Flow Automation:
•    Design and implement self-healing automations to resolve issues without manual intervention.
•    Reduce the need for manual troubleshooting by creating automated solutions.
3.    End-User Experience Enhancement:
•    Focus on improving workstation performance and reducing downtime for users.
•    Continuously monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement.
4.    Incident Volume Reduction:
•    Implement strategies to lower incident volumes by addressing root causes through automation and proactive measures.
5.    Collaboration and Communication:
•    Work closely with IT teams to ensure proactive measures align with overall business objectives.
•    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
6.    Platform Management:
•    Manage and optimize the Nexthink platform to proactively detect and resolve issues.
•    Implement Nexthink Flow Automations for self-healing capabilitie
