Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Implementation SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Nexthink architecture, deployment, and operational configurations. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment of Nexthink solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements from customers and design Nexthink architecture.
• Prepare and execute Nexthink implementation and deployment plans.
• Manage Nexthink appliances via Linux command line.
• Create and maintain Nexthink process documentation.
• Develop and execute Nexthink test cases.
• Coordinate with client SMEs for implementation, testing, and deployment sign-off.
• Collaborate with network, AD, SCCM, datacenter, and Wintel teams to address project dependencies.
• Deploy Nexthink operational configurations such as investigations, alerts, dashboards, hierarchy, services, and categories.
• Create scripts in PowerShell for Nexthink Act modules.
• Lead a team of BAU consultants/engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Review project plans and progress, and participate in program and project review meetings.
• Ensure deliverables are met on time and manage overall reporting and technical documentation needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Nexthink concepts, architecture, and operational configurations.
• Proficiency in Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.
• Experience in desktop support operations at L1 and L2 levels and incident management.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and SCCM deployment.
• Good customer orientation and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as SCCM, MDT, and Altiris.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage both onsite and offshore teams.
Certifications:
• Windows 7/8/10 Certified
• Nexthink Basic or Professional Certified
