Title:  OTM Sr Lead Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

As an OTM – Functional Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure the successful execution of OTM projects. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving OTM-related issues, providing training to users, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OTM features and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OTM implementation and integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• OTM Integration: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integration.
• Project Management: The candidate should have proven experience in managing and delivering large scale projects on time and within budget.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying project updates and technical information to team members and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
