Job Description – JDE Manufacturing Consultant (CSMS Expertise)
Role: JDE Manufacturing Consultant / Principal Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards (JDE) Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and CSMS (Customer Service Management System) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end JDE solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Functional Consultant in JDE EnterpriseOne across Manufacturing, CAM, and CSMS modules.
- Configure and support JDE Manufacturing processes (BOM, Routing, Shop Floor, MRP, Work Orders).
- Implement and manage CSMS module, including:
- Equipment / install base management
- Contract management (warranty & service)
- Service work orders and after-sales processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications (FSD) and assist in technical design documentation (TSD).
Experience Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne
- Experience in implementation / support / upgrade projects
