About the Job – We are looking for Automation lead.
Job Title – Automation lead.
Location: Pune/Mumbai
Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 6+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of automation SMEs, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for end-user computing and conversational AI platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee the development and deployment of automation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
Proven experience with automation platforms for end-user computing such as Nanoheal and Nexthink.
Knowledge on Agentic AI concepts and GenAI Co-pilots.
Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Microsoft Copilot.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in leading and managing technical teams is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
