Key responsibilities of a ServiceNow Tester:
•    Test Planning and Design:
•    Analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for ServiceNow implementations. 
•    Create detailed test cases covering functional, regression, and integration testing across different ServiceNow modules. 
•    Identify test scenarios based on user stories and business workflows. 
•    Test Execution:
•    Execute manual and automated test cases on the ServiceNow platform. 
•    Utilize ServiceNow's built-in testing tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) to automate test execution. 
•    Log and track defects using a defect management system, providing clear descriptions and steps to reproduce issues. 
•    Collaboration and Communication:
•    Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with project goals. 
•    Provide timely feedback on test results and identify potential risks to project timelines. 
•    Communicate test progress and findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations. 
•    Technical Skills:
•    Strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities across modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and more. 
•    Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript for customizing test cases and automation 
•    Familiarity with test management tools and methodologies

•    Experience in software testing with a focus on web applications
•    Proven ability to design and execute test cases for complex business workflows
•    Knowledge of ServiceNow development concepts and best practices
