- Overall 14+ years of experience
- Good Experience in handling SLA based Support Projects
- Manage relationship with the Client and all the stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Experience in planning, developing, deploying and supporting project deliverables
- Experience in creating detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Good knowledge of SDLC
- Experience in defining of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Experience in Project Risk Management and Risk Mitigation
- Status reporting to Customer and internal Stakeholders
Good to have:
- PMP Certification
