Responsibilities
•    Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
•    Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
•    Configuration Management: Configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others, to meet business requirements.
•    Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
•    User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of ServiceNow applications.
•    Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
•    Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
•    Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow development practices.
Qualifications
•    Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
•    Integration Skills: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and team members.
•    Certifications: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.
•    Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
•    Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
