Role: Specialist - Human Resources - COE
Educational Qualification: MBA HR
Experience : 4-7 Years
Role & responsibilities:
Serve as a main point of contact for all issues related to the OD / Performance Management / Total Rewards areas and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals, Work with the HRBP's and Business Leaders, understand business/people strategy in order to design/build solutions that support it,
Ensure all programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country
Ability to analyse, report and publish HR dashboards on a quarterly basis. Highlight issues and suggest remediation to improve function effectiveness
Analyse performance metrics, provide specialty reporting and data analysis, identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function, Coordinate with the regional and geo teams to implement initiatives, programmes and complete local/global deliverables
Support in research in collating best practices, including measures, metrics, industry and non-industry benchmarks, etc. for the respective COE function .
Interface with HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas to provide OD / Performance management / total rewards communication as needed along with HRBP Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all the operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes.
