Job Description:
Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in automation tools and Conversational AI / Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI-based chatbot and automation workflow platforms such as Aisera, Microsoft Co-pilot, Moveworks, Amelia, and others. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance business processes for IT service desk.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design and architect automation solutions using AI-based chatbot and workflow platforms.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•    Lead the development and implementation of automation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
•    Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
•    Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
•    Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    8 to 12 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for IT service desk.
•    Proven experience with AI-based chatbot platforms such as Aisera, Microsoft AI CoPilot, Moveworks, Amelia, etc.
•    Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing / Understanding (NLP/U) techniques
•    Strong understanding of automation workflow platforms and their integration with various business systems.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
