Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled JD Edwards CSMS Specialist to manage and optimize our Customer Service Management System. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of JD Edwards applications, with a focus on customer service modules. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the CSMS, implementing enhancements, and providing technical support to end-users. Collaboration with various teams to gather requirements and streamline processes will be a crucial aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the JD Edwards Customer Service Management System, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Enhancements and Customization: Analyze business requirements and implement enhancements or customizations to the CSMS to meet organizational needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the CSMS functionality.
  • Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the CSMS with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes related to the CSMS.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the CSMS to meet their job responsibilities.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices regarding data security and privacy within the CSMS.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with JD Edwards vendors to stay updated on product developments, patches, and upgrades, and coordinate implementation as necessary.
